• The work is done with the new Matterport Pro3 camera, which allows scanning all exteriors in 3D.
• The price includes one year of free publication, after this period 50€ per year will be charged to maintain the Matterport online visit.
• These prices are for work carried out in Malaga and surroundings. Outside this area a cost for displacement is applied.
• These prices may be lower depending on the number of products contracted.
• It is possible to combine a 3D visit work with a traditional professional photographic report at a very competitive price. The cost will depend on the size of the property and the number of photographs delivered.

Use the 3D view to see the interior of the property in detail, switch to the floor plan view for a traditional top-down perspective, access the exterior of the home with 360° images or walk around the interior as if you were actually there.

Do you need the floor plans of a property?

After scanning a site with the Matterport camera it is possible to request black and white schematic floor plans.

Easier than ever…

Creating floor plans of your properties used to be an arduous task. These schematic plans are a great support for marketing real estate, as well as a useful tool for new owners. They are traditionally expensive and add another complication to your business. If you need to use these types of plans, know that it is possible to obtain them after you have created an immersive 3D tour of Matterport. Since they are made from the same information as the home scan, there is no need to return to the property to collect measurements. The advancement of this technology means you can get your marketing materials faster, with less hassle. Schematic floor plans are complete with measurements and room labels.

Once ordered, they are delivered within 48 hours. Each plant is delivered in an individual file.

format

They are delivered as digital files in PDF – PNG and JPEG format. You can then print them or publish them on the web.

accuracy

Schematic drawings are very accurate. They can have a variation between 1% and 2% in relation to the real measurements.

Prices

In order to generate Matterport floor plans it is necessary to have previously scanned the property. The price of the floor plans is 35€ + VAT and this must be added to the cost of the 3D Immersive Tour (described above). Note: The “schematic floor plans” service is an additional product (not mandatory) of the 3D Immersive Tour.
