Virtual tour of Melilla
Melilla is a city with a great historical past, being one of the oldest continuously populated cities in Spain. In this post I present its attractions with a series of photographs and the realization of an interactive virtual tour that I hope will serve to decide to visit this beautiful Mediterranean site.
This work has been done for the Patronado de turismo de Melilla and has been used at the FITUR 2018 Tourism Fair in Madrid on touch TVs looking for visitors to tour and interact to discover the most interesting sites of this city.
Before seeing the virtual tour I invite you to get to know Melilla through these images that I have also taken for this work:
Photographs of Melilla
This photo gallery of Melilla has been made for the city’s Tourist Board and is part of a larger collection that portrays the main tourist attractions of the city together with the previous virtual tour of Melilla. Use the arrows to view the different images.
Features of this virtual tour
Within the wide possibilities offered by new technologies and the continuous developments in photographic techniques, I would like to highlight the use of 360º images to promote the tourist attractions of cities. In this case it is a virtual tour of Melilla, formed by a series of spherical images that seek to portray in a comprehensive and attractive way the attractions that this city offers, also integrating interactive elements that help to make the visualization enjoyable.
